SCREENING OPTIONS
Please note that you must complete at least one of the below screening methods in order to meet me. My screening process is wholly discrete. My only intention is to verify that you are who you say you are and not anyone who wishes to cause me harm. I will delete all of your personal information within 24 hours and I will never contact you without prior agreement. Your privacy and my reputation is important to me and I would never do anything to risk that.
EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION (PREFERRED)
Provide me your employment information with at least one of the following: Established LinkedIn profile, link to company website that you are clearly listed on, an email from your company address to my discrete and unlisted email address, and/or work badge that includes employer name as well as your name or photo.
2 PROVIDER REFERENCES
Two references from reputable providers you have seen in the last 6 months, please include their phone number, email, and a link to their website, social media, or online advertisement. This is not a replacement for real world information, your full legal name and phone number will still be required.
GOVT ISSUED ID
Please provide a photo of your government-issued photo ID. The details may be blurred but please ensure your full name, DOB, and photo are shown.
BOOKING FORM
Screening is mandatory for all first time suitors. Returning lovers may simply email or text me to make plans. Please note that a 20% deposit is required for all dates. All information collected is for screening only and is encrypted. Your privacy as well as my own is my utmost priority. After I verify your information (typically 24 hours) it is deleted and never shared with anyone.
